Succeeded: Melanie Brassfield helped us find our first ever lake property, and it’s a beauty!  In June of 2017, after listening to our list of wants she showed us several homes with lake views in the Cascade area. She thoughtfully kept this list of showings within our price range.

Rolled Well with Changes: Ultimately, we settled on building our own cabin. Melanie helped us switch gears from cabin showings to walking properties in search of surveyor pins.

Went Above and Beyond: Amazingly for us, Melanie didn’t limit her search to the MLS. She knew of a lot that was For Sale By Owner. She showed it to us and we fell in love with it. She negotiated with the 3 sellers and us successfully.

He gave us good building advice and the names of many local tradesmen, while Moose, their chocolate lab, roamed through our new sagebrush & pines. (That was a fabulous dog… and that dog adored it’s owners. To me, that says a lot.)

Melanie was so great in helping us make our purchase.  She found out details about our new house that the seller didnt even know!  She walked us through the buying process and was available every time we called.  We were on a bit of a time crunch with our deal, and Melanie made sure it happened.
