I put my cabin for sale in rural Cascade this last summer with Blue Ribbon Properties.  The cabin was sold in August to a very wonderful family. I owned since 1989 so it was a challenge in many ways for me to go through this sale.

From the first time I spoke with David on the phone i felt that I was your number one priority.  We had some hiccups with the bank and I appreciate all you effort you put into making sure they held up their end of the deal.  Trying to combine 2 properties into one and owner carry on a third, Blue Ribbons work was cut out from the beginning.  I never once wondered where we were at in the process due to the amazing communication we had.
