With the help of Blue Ribbon Properties in Cascade we recently sold residential property which included adjacent undeveloped lots. Although this was not an overly complex sale there were issues that came up which required an attention to detail. We are very pleased with the service provided by Melanie and Dave. Melanie and Dave recently helped us through a pretty challenging real estate deal involving significant due diligence with special permitting and easements.
