I recently sold my home in Cascade. I used Blue Ribbon Properties, Mel and Dave Brassfield. I cannot tell you how spectacular the process was. My home was sold within 30 days in the middle of winter. Astounding. The process was simple and easy for me. Mel went above and beyond to make sure I had a seamless experience. My buyers wanted a 30 day escrow.
