Melanie and David Brassfield are really knowledgeable on all aspects of property buying and selling in the Cascade area.. It is important to know about the details of the well and septic on a property that has an existing system or if you’re looking at bare land that you want to build on.. Don’t expect that knowledge from a realtor from the valley. She helped us make a more informed decision on the home we bought and saved us a big headache. Thanks Mel!
Melanie and David became friends after they not only helped us buy a house, they also sold 2 houses for us. Wouldn’t use any other broker. In fact she is working for our son and daughter in law. We purchased a cabin in Yellow Pine this last summer. Everyone knows it isn’t an easy or fast drive there. However when we called Melanie’s office to get info on the cabin, she made arrangements for her husband/real estate partner to drive in the next day. We were on the last day of our vacation there. We made an offer and it was accepted. Melanie made the paperwork process so easy. She was our go between for all inspections we requested. She knew all of the steps to make it a speedy closing. We would recommend her realty office when purchasing anywhere in Valley county.
