It is important to know about the details of the well and septic on a property that has an existing system or if you’re looking at bare land that you want to build on.. Don’t expect that knowledge from a realtor from the valley. She helped us make a more informed decision on the home we bought and saved us a big headache. Thanks Mel!

We purchased a cabin in Yellow Pine this last summer. Everyone knows it isn’t an easy or fast drive there.
