*Thirty stars*. It’s 2022 & the market is rapidly going south due to rate hikes, housing “crash” & recession in the news plus a major forest fire across the lake. Numerous contracts had failed with another realtor over 7 months, in part because my home, although very nice, was older and needed some work. Mel’s knowledge through her 19 years in real estate in the area & how to market MY house was invaluable and lead to a closing in two months during the winter. I had moved to a new home in NM so she decided to check my house weeks prior to the closing due to freezing temperatures. Lucky for me because she found frozen pipes which we were able to quickly fix and avoid a disaster. I literally can not say enough good things about her knowledge, expertise, professionalism and communication. WITHOUT MEL BRASSFIELD MY HOUSE WOULD HAVE SOLD MONTHS LATER AT A SUBSTANTIAL COST TO ME AND ALL I CAN SAY IS THANK YOU MEL AND DAVE!
