Bought Real Estate

We purchased a cabin in Yellow Pine this last summer.  Everyone knows it isn’t an easy or fast drive there.  However when we called Melanie’s office to get info on the cabin, she made arrangements for her husband/real estate partner to drive in the next day. We were on the last day of our vacation there.  We made an offer and it was accepted.  Melanie made the paperwork process so easy.  She was our go between for all inspections we requested.  She knew all of the steps to make it a speedy closing.  We would recommend her realty office when purchasing anywhere in Valley county.
