Sold Real Estate

I put my cabin for sale in rural Cascade this last summer with Blue Ribbon Properties.  The cabin was sold in August to a very wonderful family. I owned since 1989 so it was a challenge in many ways for me to go through this sale.

Melanie kept me posted on all the ins and outs while on the market and during the sale. Without her guidance and expert knowledge of selling my cabin, I couldn’t have done it without her.  She is a lovely lady and I would recommend her and her Blue Ribbon Properties with 5 ⭐️ stars.
