Bought Real Estate

I just wanted to take a quick moment to send a thank you for all that Blue Ribbon (Mel and David) did for us.  Our experience was nothing short of spectacular!! From the first time I spoke with David on the phone i felt that I was your number one priority.  We had some hiccups with the bank and I appreciate all you effort you put into making sure they held up their end of the deal.  Trying to combine 2 properties into one and owner carry on a third, Blue Ribbons work was cut out from the beginning.  I never once wondered where we were at in the process due to the amazing communication we had.

I can not wait to build our dream home and some day for us to move home to Cascade.  Thank again for helping us begin to make our future dreams come true! I can wait to send pictures of the progress we make.
