I highly recommend Melanie Brassfield of Blue Ribbon Properties in Cascade, Idaho.  Melanie is very professional and very honest.  She holds confidentiality absolutely.  When it came time for us to sell our cabin, I chose Blue Ribbon Properties after interviewing 2 other agencies.  I chose them because they really knew the Cascade area and Melanie had considerable experience in the subdivision we were in.  She got things moving quickly and helped us understand the offers and especially the limits of some contingencies.  She really did her homework on that.  Again, I think Blue Ribbon Properties is where to go if you are buying or selling in the Cascade Lake area.
